These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for purchasing web design and development services. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

 1. Service Agreement

   - By purchasing our services, you are engaging Web Design by Z to design, develop, or enhance a website as outlined in the project proposal.

   - Specific details of the project, including features, deliverables, and timelines, are included in each client’s proposal or contract.

 2. Payment Terms

   - A non-refundable deposit of [percentage, e.g., 50%] is required before any work begins. This secures your project in our schedule and covers initial project costs.

   - The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the final website launch or transfer of files.

   - Payments can be made via ACH or credit card with an additional fee.

 3. Cancellation and Refunds

   - If you decide to cancel the project after work has begun, you will be billed for hours worked up to the point of cancellation.

   - Refunds of any payments made are generally not available once work has started, except at our discretion under certain circumstances.

 4. Revisions and Additional Work

   - A set number of revisions are included in each project (outlined in your proposal). Additional revisions or changes outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

   - Any changes in the project scope after the initial agreement may affect delivery timelines and cost.

 5. Ownership and Rights

   - Upon full payment, you gain ownership of the final website design and content produced. Web Design by Z retains the right to use designs and code snippets in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

   - Third-party materials, images, and plugins may carry separate licensing and ownership terms.

 6. Client Responsibilities

   - Timely communication is essential. Clients must provide necessary content, images, and feedback according to the project timeline. Delays in providing information may impact the project’s timeline.

   - We rely on your prompt review and approval of each design phase to ensure on-time delivery.

   - Additional client responsibilities will be outlined in our agreement.

 7. Warranty and Liability

   - We offer a 15 guarantee on all work to ensure that all deliverables function as intended at launch. After this period, maintenance or updates are subject to additional charges.

   - Web Design by Z is not responsible for issues resulting from third-party plugins, hosting providers, or modifications made after the project’s completion.

 8. Limitation of Liability

   - Web Design by Z is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from third-party services, software, or delays beyond our control.

   - Our maximum liability in any project is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

 9. Governing Law

   - These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this state.

 10. Changes to Terms

   - Web Design by Z reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
